WWE has announced their jump to HD. With the help from Supershooters and Screenworks, the WWE has created two new broadcasting control rooms that will allow “Monday Night Raw”, “Friday Night SmackDown”, and Pay Per View events to be shown in HD resolution. In addition to these new upgrades, Screenworks has designed and built new screens on the entrance ramps that will show HD video from a Christie digital projector. The new screens will allow attendees to see the same high quality images that viewers at home are seeing . There is no information as to which Christie projector was selected for this job. The new HD WWE premiered January 21st.
