Toshiba offers a variety of inventive projectors. The top one was the TDP-EW25. This projector was selected as one of the final devices in yahoo’s “last gadget standing contest”. Now, the reviewers from ZDNet Australia had the opportunity to see if the projector is as good as they heard. The TDP-EW25 features a 2000:1 contrast ratio, WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution and 2600 ANSI lumens. Some of the things ZDNet liked about this model were the excellent color and the 4.9 feet projection distance needed to show a 100 inch screen. They did notice however, the network features lagged a bit and were not able to display wide screen images the way they were suppose to. Their conclusion was, “While limited as a network projector this machine provides excellent performance at a reasonable price.”
