The HC4900 from Mitsubishi is one of their top home theater systems. With HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a 7500:1 contrast ratio, this model provides excellent detail and color. The reviewers at About.com had the chance to see what this projector is capable of doing. They were really impressed by the projectors easy to use remote control. They also liked the power zoom, focus, and lens shift that were easy to use and fine tune. Their main concern for this model was that they though the 1000 lumens that the projector can display was a little low. They didn’t think this model has enough to do any big screen displays. In the end their final thought was, “With a street price of less than $2,500, the Mitsubishi HC4900 offers lots of useful features and solid video performance.”
