It looks like Microvision, TI, and iView has one more competitor for the micro-projectors. 3M has announced that they will have their own model on display at CES next week. Their projector is only a half-inch wide and can be made to fit into a variety of electronic devices. The projector will have LCoS technology as well as VGA (640 x 480) resolution and be able to produce a 40 inch image. With all these micro-projectors on display, it’s only a matter of time before they become available to the public.
