Viewsonic PJ258D DLP Projector - Ipod’s newest toy

Viewsonic PJ258D iPod DLP Projector

IPod has become one of the most popular electronic devices through out the years. It’s no wonder that there have been many devices created to enhance the iPod’s features. Recently ViewSonic has released a new projector for which the iPod to connect. The ViewSonic PJ258D DLP Projector comes with the clarity and brightness to project any iPod movie onto a wall or screen with little to no problem. According to LAPTOP Magazine, the only real issue with this machine is the design of the machine itself. From their lab tests they said that the projector would become too hot to touch after about 30 minutes of use. The fan was also a problem, being to noisy on some of its settings. They had to adjust the projector to its lowest setting in order to get the noise down to a point where it wasn’t a distraction during the movie. The remote control was very well-defined and easy to use, however the controls on the projector were hard to find and difficult to read. They said it best with “Obviously, presenters are meant to use the remote control”. Although this model has some problems, it still has some good points such as its ability to put out well over 2000 lumens. It is also able to deliver a 1024 x 768 resolution that is just as good as any other.
