Toshiba or Acer projector for the classroom in Cambodia?

I work in Cambodia as a teacher trainer and am looking for a good projector that I can use in the classroom. I need something that can work well in varied ... main store sells Toshiba and Acer LCD projectors and offers these with both a remote and case. [HELP] EPSON EX7200

... my projector: With every movie, the projector shows some horizontal lines during fast scenes (and this does not happen on the laptop screen). I am connecting my laptop through a vga cable and watching mainly .mkv videos with Media Player Classic. Laptop: Dell Studio 15 / Video card: ATI HD 4570. Any ideas? suggestions?
