The PLV-HD100 utilizes three true high definition resolution (1920x1080) LCD panels to reproduce high definition sources as they were meant to be seen. The PLV-HD100 provides 24P capability for film playback situation. Through its new high-contrast optical system, utilizing micro lens technology, the PLV-HD100 is able to achieve an outstanding contrast ratio of 1000:1. A micro lens is integrated into each individual pixel on the three LCD panels increasing light efficiency, resulting in significantly brighter images. Utilizing four high-output 250 watt UHP lamps as its light source, the PLV-HD100 delivers an incredible 5500 ANSI lumens of brightness. |
