Runco, always committed to researching, developing, and refining the latest advancements in video display technologies, expands its line-up of Reflection™ Series DLP projectors with the introduction of the new flagship VX-5c DLP™ projector. This ultra-bright projector incorporates the latest advancements in three-chip DLP™ technology, featuring true SXGA native resolution of 1280 x 1024-ideal for displaying both HDTV and high-resolution computer signals-both in their native formats. The VX-5c DLP™ projector utilizes a 700W Xenon arc lamp that provides a maximum brightness of 3000 ANSI lumens. This highly specialized lamp allows the user to adjust the wattage range from 450W to 700W, according to the specific brightness requirements of the application/installation. Like the Runco VX-3c DLP™ model, this projector incorporates both horizontal and vertical lens shift, as well as keystone correction, for ease and flexibility of placement. The projection lens of the VX-5c incorporates a unique lens shift feature that provides alignment of the lens to the projection screen. And, as with all Reflection™ Series DLP™ projectors, the VX-5c is packaged with the VHD Ultra Controller, which provides stunning 10-bit processing, and an output matched pixel-forpixel with the native resolution of the projector.
