The HD222 is one of Knoll's fifth generation DLP™ projectors featuring the remarkable Darkchip1 imager. Texas Instruments BrilliantColor™ technology. uses innovations in image processing to improve the optical efficiency of DLP® projectors and expands the capability of the color wheel. BrilliantColor™ technology expands beyond traditional 3-color systems, enabling the utilization of wide color gamuts on DLP display systems. The value priced HD222 has all the features and almost all the picture quality of our top-of-the-line true HDTV projectors at a fraction of the cost. It will accept and display all ATSC HDTV formats including 720p and 1080i, as well as almost all conventional NTSC, PAL and SECAM format material. Old VHS tapes as well as any new DTV and HDTV formats can be easily displayed.

What used to cost hundreds or even thousands of dollars, full factory calibration is included in each HD222. An all glass 12 element lens, and proprietary software by Knoll, the HD222 has all the best features, packed into one projector!
